SHIPPING

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving your order. please note that slight delays may occur during collection launches.

NEW ZEALAND 

Free shipping within New Zealand & tracked service. North Island, 5-7 working days. South Island, 6-7 working days. 

AUSTRALIA 

Flat rate of $20.00 with an estimated arrival time of 5-10 working days.  

REST OF WORLD 

All international orders are shipped via New Zealand Couriers with an estimated arrival time of 5-12 working days. International shipments to Zone One (USA, UK, Canada and EU) are charged at a flat rate of $60.

PRE-ORDER item(s) will be shipped once production ends.

House Of The Sea offers track and trace delivery throughout New Zealand and Australia using New Zealand Couriers. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon collection of goods. We will endeavour to send out your order the same day the order is placed otherwise it will be the following business day. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be sent the next business day.

We are unable to re-route orders once they have been sent. Delivery timeframes are just an indication and House Of The Sea will not be held accountable for longer delivery times. Cancellations will not be accepted due to a delivery being late.
 

DUTIES & TAXES

International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price. House Of The Sea has no control over processing times or duty rates by Customs in each country. 

 

LOST PARCELS

In the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost in transit, House Of The Sea will replace or refund the item, once the investigation is completed. However, if the order can be tracked and traced to have arrived at its final destination, House Of The Sea is not liable for the order. 

  

Please note that we do not cover the costs of return shipping.

We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria. we offer full refunds, exchanges. Please note, we do not accept returns on discounted items or orders using promotional discounts, excluding the welcome 10% discount.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges for full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided the desired style and size are in stock during the return period.

REFUNDS

We offer refunds for full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging. we reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria. Once processed, the full value of the item(s) will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding any return shipping fees. Please note that we cannot change card numbers or refund via a different method or to a different person.

After your refund has been processed, please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your payment method. 

We do not offer refunds on gift cards or any discounted items, including those purchased with promotional discounts.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives with workshop faults, please report this to customer service at hello@houseofthesea.com within 7 days of delivery for a replacement, repair, or refund.

Items with workshop faults discovered after wear must be reported within 3 months of purchase. Please note that items damaged due to incorrect garment care or general wear and tear are not considered faulty.

PLEASE NOTE

A receipt or proof of purchase is required, and items must be unworn and in their original condition with original packaging to be accepted and processed. we reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of wear or are in unsellable condition. We do not cover the costs of return shipping.
